RSC Mining and Mineral Exploration partners with Terra Modelling

RSC Mining and Mineral Exploration (RSC) and Terra Modelling Services (TMS) today announced a co-operation agreement between the two companies to integrate their services.

RSC is an international resource development specialist headquartered in Australia, operating in Australasia, Africa, Asia Europe and the Middle East. TMS is a Canadian full-service resource modelling consultancy and exploration logistics provider, servicing North and South America, Africa and Europe.

No investment details have been disclosed but the companies state that they are now strategically aligned to broaden their combined technical capabilities globally.

In a media release, RSC managing director René Sterk said that it was a development that would bolster RSC’s service reach throughout the Americas, and that the agreement provides a considerable combined offering to the mineral exploration and mining market.
