Northam to gain cash injection, PGM Resources post Mvela unbundling

Northam Platinum Limited (Northam) announced today its firm intention to make an all share offer to acquire the entire issued ordinary share capital of its major shareholder Mvelaphanda Resources Limited (Mvela Resources) after the distribution by Mvela Resources of its 50.4% shareholding in Northam to its shareholders. This development follows the finalization of Mvela Resources’ unbundling strategy.
